David Heron is the Managing Director of ANHA. He leads the company's efforts to help real estate investors, developers and delivery partners achieve better financial returns with lower delivery risk through more aligned approaches to design, procurement and delivery.
Paul Williamson
Supply Chain & COO
Paul leads the development of ANHA's network of manufacturers, engineers, architects, consultants and other delivery partners. He supports the adoption of Insurance Backed Alliancing across the network and helps integrate partner capabilities and product portfolios into ANHA's digital delivery processes.
David Watkins
Development & Delivery
David leads ANHA's development and delivery capability in Saudi Arabia. He brings experience across PIF-backed giga-projects, real estate, infrastructure and hospitality, integrating programme governance and digital execution to improve certainty, quality and commercial outcomes.
